Oat

Oat is one of the main cereals in Russia. Oat contains a lot of protein (10–15 %), starch (40–45 %), fat (4–11 %). Also oat richs of iron, calcium, phosphorus and B-groupe vitamines. Oat contains more protein than wheat. Oat`s protein includes all indispensable aminoacids. Oat`s protein contents more lysine, arginine and tryptophan than barley`s protein. Oat grains have high digestibility.
