In a producing of hematogen we use such principle:
- we don`t use colorants; dark color of hematogen provides by adding albumen;
- we don`t use chemical iron, wich unwholesome in nutrition; in our hematogen we use only natural iron from albumen;
- we produce fresh boiled condensed milk, wich use in hematogen`s production So we don`t need to add to milk stabilizers, preservatives, antioxidants and other chemical additives.
